Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern the access and use of the Liftify application, a bodybuilding progress tracking platform. "User" refers to any person who accesses the application; "Service" refers to all the features offered by Liftify; "Content" refers to any data, image, text, publication, or information uploaded or generated via the application.

2. Acceptance of the TCU

By creating an account or using Liftify, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these TCU. If you do not accept these conditions, you must stop using the Service.

3. Access to the Service and Eligibility

  • The Service is available on the web (liftify.app) and on mobile (iOS).
  • Minimum recommended age: 16 years. Minors must use the Service under parental supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • The Service may evolve or be temporarily interrupted for maintenance.

4. Service Description and Pricing

Liftify offers workout tracking, statistics, and social features.

  • Web Application: Access to the web version of Liftify is completely free for all users.
  • iOS Application: The iOS app requires a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) to access all features.
  • Premium subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) are subscribed and payable exclusively via Apple's App Store. Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription Terms

  • • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Personal Data (GDPR)

Liftify processes your data in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Health Warning

Liftify is not a medical service. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training program. In case of pain, stop training and consult a doctor.
